Sounds appealing, right? But the truth is, there are tons of personal trainers, health coaches and nutritionists who offer the exact same transformation.

So, what made her different?

That’s when she finally found what would differentiate her from others: Her program helps clients stop emotional eating and binge eating.

Not only did this align perfectly with her expertise, but it also addressed a very specific pain point for her ideal clients.

As soon as she got clear on that, inquiries started pouring in.

Now, she’s gaining recognition in her niche for solving a specific problem.

The key takeaway?

Focus on a specific problem that many of your ideal clients deal with. “Health coaching” or “business coaching” is way too broad.
