THE DEEP DIVE

1. You feel annoyed: 

If your clients or leads are starting to frustrate you, it’s a clear sign that this might not be an ideal client anymore. Maybe they’re overthinking every step or not taking action fast enough—and that annoys you. Or, they’re overly dependent on you, when you want them to be more self-led.

This has nothing to do with your mindset. You’ve just evolved. You’re not the coach who can (or wants to) support this specific type of client anymore. And guess what? That’s OK.

2. You’re ignoring leads:

When potential clients reach out, you’re slow to respond—or don’t feel like replying at all. 

You’re not motivated to engage, and it feels more like a chore than an opportunity. 

If you’re not feeling inspired to connect with leads, it’s a strong sign you’re ready for a shift in your client base.

3. Your content no longer resonates:

You’re itching to create content that excites you—but it’s not what your audience needs. 

Maybe you want to dive deep into mindset work, but your audience is stuck on strategy. Or you’re drawn to higher-level, more advanced topics that do not stick well with them. 

This disconnect is a sign you’ve outgrown your current audience.

4. The passion is gone:

Your business might be growing, but you’re not feeling it. You’re making sales, but there’s no excitement when new clients sign up. 

You’re more focused on the numbers than delivering an offer that lights you up. 

This isn’t a sustainable way to build your business—or stay fulfilled as a coach.

5. A new audience is finding you:

Here’s an interesting part: as you evolve, you might find a new type of person naturally being drawn to you. 

Without even trying, you’re attracting a more aligned audience. 

This is a clear indicator that your energy, content, and message are resonating with a new crowd—one that’s a better fit for where you are now.

If any of this resonates, it’s time to make a change. It’s not fair to you—or your clients—to force a relationship that no longer works. The growth of your business will start to suffer if you keep trying to push through the misalignment.

Instead, make the shift and attract a new, more aligned audience. 

One that excites you. 

One that fills you up with passion. 

One that allows you to step to the next level. 

The right clients will always find you when you’re truly aligned with who you’re meant to serve.
